Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Kewdoo’s website, systems, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Services Provided

Kewdoo provides:

• Online Reservation System

• Queue Management System

Kewdoo may also resell, integrate, or provide access to third-party software systems and hardware.

 

2. Account & Subscription

• Users must provide accurate and complete information

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly based on the selected plan

• No free trial is provided unless explicitly stated

• All subscription fees are non-refundable once billed

 

3. Third-Party Products & Integrations

• Third-party products are governed by their respective providers’ terms

• Kewdoo does not own or control third-party systems

• Availability, performance, and features of third-party products are subject to vendor policies

• Kewdoo is not responsible for downtime, changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers

 

4. Hardware Products

Hardware sold by Kewdoo:

• Is subject to manufacturer warranties (if any)

• May not be refundable once delivered or installed

• Is not guaranteed to be compatible with all systems unless explicitly stated

Installation and usage responsibility lies with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the system for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Misuse the system to spam or mislead customers

• Attempt unauthorized access or data extraction

Kewdoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

 

6. System Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Internet or network issues

• Third-party service disruptions (e.g. messaging platforms, vendors)

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kewdoo shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, or business

• Kewdoo is not responsible for missed bookings, queues, or customer disputes due to configuration errors or third-party failures

• Indirect or consequential damages are excluded

Use of the system is at your own discretion and risk.

 

8. Support Scope

• Kewdoo provides support for its own systems

• Support for third-party products is limited to integration coordination

• Full technical support remains the responsibility of the third-party provider

 

9. Termination

Kewdoo may suspend or terminate services for violations or misuse. Users may cancel subscriptions by contacting support.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content belong to Kewdoo or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, resale, or modification is prohibited.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Kewdoo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
